Ms. suelter said the low number of EDU connections to ESD had

that the projected ending balance for Fiscal year 1993/94 was
$172 . 290. The low reserve would make it necessary for the
Expansion Fund to borrow funds from the Replacement Fund in order
to fund proposed capital improvement projects in Fiscal year
1994/95.
Three options were offered for consideration:
