MINUTES OF ENCINITAS SANITARY DISTRICT REGULAR MEETING
FEBRUARY 23, 1994, 4:00 P.M., 505 SOUTH VULCAN AVENUE
President DuVivier called the meeting to order at 4:03 P.M.
Present:
President Chuck DuVivier, Board Members James Bond, John
Davis, Gail Hano, and Maura Wiegand.

There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

deemed to have been read and further reading waived.
Hano moved, Bond seconded to close and adopt the Consent Calendar.
