President DuVivier called the meeting to order at 4:02 P.M.
Present:
President Chuck DuVivier, Board Members James Bond, John
Davis, Gail Hano, and Maura Wiegand.

District Manager Warden, District Attorney Krauel,
Board Clerk Pool, Assistant District Manager Benson,
Public Works Director Nelson, Management Analyst
Schulenburg, Management Analyst Suelter.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

Hano moved, Wiegand seconded to close and adopt the Consent
Calendar. Motion carried. Ayes: Bond, Davis, DuVivier, Hano,
Wiegand; Nays: None.
