Board Member Hano called the meeting to order at 9:50 P.M.

Assistant District Manager Benson stated that currently two
subsidiary District Boards meet on the second We nesday of each
month and the other two District Boards meet on the fourth
Wednesday.
Mr. Benson stated three alternative meeting sch dules: 1) No
change in the Districts' meeting schedule. 2) Ch nge the day to
another day of the week. 3) Combine the District meting with the
City Council meetings.
Bond moved, DuVivier seconded to approve a1ternati e 3 to combine
the District meetings with the City Council meetin s starting at
6:00 p.M. and directed the City Manager to repor back with a
proposal for a consolidated meeting schedule. M tion carried.
