B. smith requested the District look into othe ways besides the
District budget to pay for the property clean up located at 46
Encinitas Boulevard.
wiegand moved, Davis seconded to approve staff recommendation to
authorize the District Manaqer to contract with Graham' Associates
for bimonthly cleaning of the District property for an amount not
to exceed $480 per month. Motion carried. A es: Bond, Davis,
Duvivier, Hano, wieqand: Nays: None.
