Meeting called by notice pursuant to G. C. section 54956.

CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
since this was' a j oint meeting, Mayor Wiegand acted as Chairperson.
Mayor Wiegand called the meeting to order at 9:07 P.M.
Present:
President Wiegand, Board Members John Davis, Gail Hano,
Anne Oms ted, and Pamela Slater.
Absent:
None.

There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

A.
Reorganization of Cardiff Sanitation District Board; Encinitas
Fire Protection District Board; Encinitas Sanitary District
Board; San Dieguito Water District Board; and
Appointments to:
city Council Committees; Cardiff Sanitation District
Commi ttees; Encini tas Fire Protection District Committees;
Encini tas Sanitary District Committees; San Diequi to Water
District Committee. Contact Person: city Clerk Pool.
Slater moved to keep the Board Chairs as they currently exist.
Motion failed for lack of a second.

Slater moved, Omsted seconded to nominate Council Member Hano as
President of the Encinitas Fire District and Council Member Davis
as Vice President and to nominate Council Membe~ Slater as
President of the Encinitas sanitary District and Council Member
Omsted as Vice president, with the remaining Boards continuing as
they were in 1990-91 (Cardiff Sanitation District Davis/Hano, San
Dieguito Water District omsted/Wiegand). Ayes: Davis, Hano,
Omsted, Slater, Wiegand; Nays: None.
