CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Board President Gaines called the meeting to order at 4:40 P.M.

There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS (15 MINUTES)
Judy Thorgeirsson stated the proponents of proposition X were
pleased it had passed and asked what was to be done next.
District Engineer August said the matter would be on the agenda
December 4, 1990, for Board direction.

CLOSING AND ADOPTION OF CONSENT CALENDAR
A.
Approval of Minutes:
Reqular Meetinq October 23, 1990.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Approve minutes.
B.
Approval of November 13, 1990. Warrants List.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Approve warrants list.
C.
Adoption of Resolution 90-10. Application for Annexation to
the Encinitas Sanitary District of six Acres Located at the
Northeast Corner of Oceanview Avenue and Union Street - John
Guidero, et al.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: 1. Find pursuant to sections 15074 and
15303 of California Environmental Quality control Act of 1970
guidelines that project is categorically exempt from
evaluation. 2. Adopt Resolution No. 90-10.
Omsted moved, Hano seconded to close and adopt the Consent
Calendar. Motion carried. Ayes: Gaines, Hano, omsted, Shea,
Slater; nays: None.
