CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Board President Gaines called the meeting to order at 4:02 P.M.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve warrants list.
C. Adoption òf Resolution 90-09. Adoptinq a Records Retention
Schedule.

Slater moved, Hano seconded to close and adopt the Consent
Calendar. Motion carried. Ayes: Gaines, Hano, Omsted, Shea,
Slater; Nays: None.

Discussion of Chanqinq November 27 Meetinq Date.
Board Member Hano requested changing the November 27, 1990
Encinitas sanitary District Meeting to November 13, 1990, because
of a scheduling conflict.

Slater moved, Omsted seconded to cancel the November 27, 1990
meeting and to adjourn this meeting to November 13,1990. Motion
carried. Ayes: Gaines, Hano, Omsted, shea, Slater; Nays: None.

BOARD / DISTRICT MANAGER REPORTS
District .Engineer August informed the Board Members that the
informational letter concerning the citizen's Initiative had been
mailed to home owners in the Encinitas sanitary District.

ADJOURNMENT
President Gaines declared the meeting adjourned at 4:06 P.M. to
November 13, 1990 at 4:00 P.M.
