Directors Pate and Cory moved and seconded that the minutes of the
October 23, 1986 board meeting be approved as written.

Directors Cory and Anderson moved and seconded that
7270 through 7309 be approved for payment.

MANAGER'S REPORT

Manager Schneider and Mr. Lund met with the new City CouncIl for a
workshop.
The Council commented on how well the Enclnlt 5 Sanitary Dls-
trlct has been managed, and are also grateful that the District kept the
District property for publ ic use.
ENGINEER'S REPORT

There has been no progress with contractor who did t e work at the pump
station.
