REGULAR BOARD MEETING
MAY 22, 1986
CALL TO ORDER
President Harrington called the meeting to order at 4:30 P.M., Thursday,
May 22, 1986 at the San Dlegulto Water District's office, Enclnltas.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Directors Pate and Anderson moved and seconded that the minutes of
the April 24, 1986 board meeting be approved as written.
Motion carried.
APPROVAL OF WARRANTS
Directors Anderson and Pate moved and seconded that warrants numbers
7037 through 7071 be approved for payment.
TREASURER'S REPORT
Motion carried.

The report of receipts, disbursements and Investments was presented to
the Board.
Manager Schneider reported that the Bank of America wIll set up
a program for paying off the bonds.
ENCINA
The JAC meeting Is next Wednesday.
The Union has asked for the moon.
Director Harrington has been attending the budget meetings.
QUAIL GARDENS PROPERTY
The Coastal Commission reversed their position regarding the Quail
Gardens Property.
It Is now back to high density.

Enclnltas Boulevard line study should proceed once again.
Mini storage units will be built on Enclnltas Boulevard Just east of
Rosebay Drive.
Manager Schneider has ordered a new truck from Harloff Chevrolet.
A Preliminary Budget will be presented next month.

District's sewer service charge by next meeting.

PUMP STATION
Engineer Kubota reported that the contractor Is working on,the pump.
A
letter was sent to the contractor, which he received May 5.
The pumps were
operational within ten days, however, It Is doubtful whether the job will
be completed within thirty days.
The pumps are operating, as well as the
diesel generator.
OLD BUSINESS
Suit for stopping Incorporation Is being appealed again.
The Manager has met with Big Bear representatives and the County

Probation Department regarding the trash on District property.
