Directors Cory and Anderson moved and seconded that a Resolution
be approved authorIzing Investment of District funds In Local Agency
Investment Fund (controlled by the Treasurer of the State or California).

In response to rol I call, Directors Anderson, Cory, Filanc and
Harrington responded "aye," no "no" votes, Director Pate was absent.
Directors Filanc and Cory moved and seconded that the total amount of
Enclnltas Sanitary District funds to be Invested In the Local Agency Invest-
ment Fund be I imlted to $500,000.
