REGULAR BOARD MEETING
FEBRUARY 20, 1986
CALL TO ORDER
President Harrington called the meeting to order at 4:30 P.M., Thursday,
February 20, 1986 at the San Diegulto Water District's office, Enclnltas.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Directors Pate and Cory moved and seconded that the minutes of the
January 30, 1986 board meeting be approved as written.
Motion carried.
APPROVAL OF WARRANTS
Directors Pate and Anderson moved and seconded that warrants numbers

6922 through 6956 be approved for payment.
Motion carried.
TREASURER'S REPORT
The report of receipts, disbursements and Investments was presented to
the Board.
Interest on T.C.D.'s is now down to 8%.
Manager Schneider reported on the District's bonded Indebtedness.
The
Board-had Indicated that they might want to put money In an Irrevocable
trust to payoff future bond payments.
Mr. Schneider will report again at
the March Board meeting.
SPECIAL MEETING - ENCINA
The Enclna employees want the Teamsters Union to represent them.
Enclna will hire an attorney to represent Enclna In negotiating with the
Union.

DENTAL PROGRAM
Dental Insurance would be $45.00 per month for each employee.
Manager
SchneIder suggested that the District self-Insure for dental coverage, with
the Districts counsel's approval.
The District would accrue $25.00 per
month for each employee to be used for the Individual's dental ~xpenses.
On an employee's termination, any unused amount would revert to the

PUMP STATION
As of today's date, the work at the pump station Is 90-95% complete.
The contractor will submit an Invoice for a progress payment.
The District
will pay ninety percent of the billIng.
Directors Pate and Cory moved and
seconded that the bill be paid on that basis.
NEXT MEET I NG
The March meeting will be on the fourth Thursday of the month.
