AN ORDINANCE OF THE CARDIFF SAN IT A nON DlST ICT
ADDING SECTION 18.12.240 OF THE DISTRICT CO E
TO PROVIDE FOR REIMBURSEMENT FEE
STEPHEN AND KAREN HOFFMAN
The Board of Directors of the Cardiff Sanitation District does ordain as fo lows:
SECTION ONE:
That Chapter 18.12 of the Cardiff Sanitation District is amended to add S ction 8.12.240 to read
as follows:
8.12.240 Reimbursement Fee - Stephen and Karen Hoffman. In addition to any other
fees for connections to sewer lines within the District, there is es ablished a
reimbursement fee of$ll, 140.01 plus 6% annual simple interest computed from the
effective date of Ordinance No. 98-03 until paid for equivalent d elling units connecting
directly to the sewer facility know as CSI93 located in Sereno V'ew Lane, generally
south of 9th Street and west of Rancho Santa Fe Road in Oliven ain, as more fully set
forth in the agreement filed in the Office of the District Clerk. is section shall have no
further effect on and after 10 years from the effective date of C diff Sanitation District
Ordinance No. 98-03.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance was introduced on June 24, 1998
SECTION THREE:
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after the ate of its passage and
before the expiration of(15) days after its passage it shall be published once, with the names of the
members voting for and against the same, in the Encinitas Sun, a newspaper of ge eral circulation
published in the County of San Diego.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Cardiff Sani ation District on the
12- day of July, 1998, by the following vote to wit:
