MINUTES OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT REGULAR MEETING

CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Chairperson Houlihan called the meeting to order at 5:37pm.
Present:
Chairperson Maggie Houlihan, Board Members James Bond, Christy Guerin,
Dennis Holz and Jerome Stocks.

None.

Board Manager Miller, Board Attorney Sabine, Deputy Board Clerk Greene, City

There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

Item #C3 were removed from the Consent Calendar by members of the public.
ACTION:
Stocks moved, Guerin seconded to close and adopt the amended Consent Calendar.
Motion carried. Ayes: Bond, Guerin, Holz, Houlihan, Stocks; Nays: None.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Ordinance 2001-02.
Donna Westbrook and Al McKendrick spoke of their concerns regarding Item #C3
The Board Clerk read the Ordinance by title.

Stocks moved, Guerin seconded to wave further reading and adopt Ordinance 2001-02
amending Chapter 18.16 of the Cardiff Sanitation District Code Authorizing Exceptions to
Requirements and Standards Pursuant to Specific Conditions. Motion carried. Ayes:
Bond, Guerin, Holz, Houlihan, Stocks.; Nays: None.
