Chairperson Houlihan called the meeting to order at 5:45 P.M.

Chairperson Maggie Houlihan, Board Members James Bond, Christy Guerin,
Dennis Holz, and Jerome Stocks.

None.

Board Manager Miller, Board Attorney Sabine, Board Clerk Cervone, Public

There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.
