CITY COUNCIL, CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT AND
SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT, FEBRUARY 14, 2001,
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Holz called the meeting to order at 9:35p.m.
Present:
Mayor Dennis Holz, Council Members James Bond, Christy Guerin, Maggie
Houlihan, and Jerome Stocks.

None.

City Manager Miller, City Attorney Sabine, Deputy City Clerk Greene,
Financial Services Manager Suelter, Budget Officer Hill, Management Analyst
Smith, Public Works Director Wurbs, Management Analyst deCordova,

Fiscal Year 2000-2001 Capital Improvement and Work Project Status Report and
Recommended Mid-Year Adjustments to the Capital Improvement Program.

Management Analyst Smith reviewed the staff report and the two mid-year adjustments that were
proposed to the Capital Improvement Program.

ACTION:
Bond moved, Guerin seconded to approve the two mid-year adjustments to the Capital
Improvement Program. Appropriate $442,351 received from the State of California to the
FY2000-2001 Annual Street Overlay Program and approve an early appropriation of
additional $200,000 from next year's pavement overlay program to this years pavement
overlay program and Transfer $16,097 from the Miscellaneous Drainage Project to correct
overage on 2nd Street 54" Storm Drain. Motion carried. Ayes: Bond, Guerin, Holz,
Houlihan, and Stocks. Nays: None.

Ado tion of Cor res ondin Resolution 2001-02. Note: There are no chan_es to the
Cardiff Sanitation District and the San Die2uito Water District at Mid-Year.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution 2001-02.
Budget Officer Hill gave a brief overview of the staff report.
