MINUTES OF CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT, SAN DIEGUITO
WATER DISTRICT & ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL JOINT SPECIAL MEETING
APRIL 26, 2000,6:00 PM, 505 SOUTH VULCAN A VENUE
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Since this was a Joint Special Meeting held before the regular City Council meeting, Board
Member Du Vivier chaired the meeting and called the meeting to order at 6:03 P.M.
Present:
Board Members Chuck Du Vivier, Sheila Cameron, Christy Guerin, and Dennis
Holz.
Absent:
Board Member James Bond.
Also
Present:
Board Manager Miller, Board Attorney Sabine, Board Clerk Cervone, Engineering
Services Director Archibald, Public Works Director Wurbs, Financial Services
Manager Suelter, Budget Officer Hill, Management Analyst Smith, Management
Analyst Lundgren, Deputy Board Clerk Greene.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Receive document. Formal
discussion and presentations will
occur on May 3, 2000 at a special
workshop.
Financial Services Manager Suelter presented a brief overview of the document. She stated the
document would be discussed at the City Council Special Workshop to be held on May 3, 2000.
ACTION:
There was Board consensus to change the Budget Special Workshop from Tuesday, May 16,
2000, to Tuesday, May 24, 2000.
