Since this was a joint special meeting with the City Council and Cardiff Sanitation District Board,
Mayor Bond chaired the meeting and called it to order at 5:07 P.M.
Present:
Board Members James Bond, Chuck DuVivier, Christy Guerin, and Dennis Holz.

Board Member Sheila Cameron.
