DISTRICT AND ENCINIT AS CITY COUNCIL, JOINT SP CIAL MEETING

CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Since this was a joint special meeting held before the Regular City ouncil meeting~ Mayor
Cameron chaired the meeting and called the meeting to order at 6:40 P.M.
Present:
Mayor Sheila Cameron, Council Members James Bond, huck DuVivier, Christy
Guerin, and Dennis Holz.
Absent:
None.
Also
Present:
City Manager Acker, City Attorney Sabine, City Cler Cervone, Assistant City
Manager Benson, Budget Officer Hill, Accounting Mager Lembach, Deputy
City Clerk Greene.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

Annual Information U date to Ci Council on Ci nd District's Financial
Condition as of June 30 1999. Contact Person: Bud et Offi er Hill.
Budget Officer Hill reviewed the staff report and said the staff recomm ndation was to accept the
report and approve the use of the actual available fund balances t June 30, 1999, as the
beginning fund balances for all FV 1999-2000 financial reports.
ACTION:
Holz moved, Du Vivier seconded to accept the report and appro e the use of the actual
available fund balances at June 30, 1999, as the beginning fund bala ces for all FY 1999-2000
financial reports. Motion carried. Ayes: Bond, Cameron, DuViver, Guerin, Holz; Nays:
None. .

GENERALINFO~ATION/STAFFSTATUS
Council Member Bond said he had no preference for being the ACW Region 10 representative
to the ACW A Board of Directors. He also stated he did not wish to s pport Vorba Linda Water
District's nominee to the ACW A Board of Directors.
