A RESOLUTION OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION DIS RlCT
AMENDING THE RECORDS
RETENTION SCHEDULE

WHEREAS, California Government code Section 34090 provid s conditions
whereby public record which are no longer needed or useful may be de troyed; and
WHEREAS, on November 13, 1990, the District Board of the C rdiff Sanitation
District, adopted a Records Retention Schedule; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Boards of the Cardiff Sanitation Dis rict:
1.
That the Cardiff Sanitation District Records Retention S hedule is hereby
amended as reflected in Exhibit A.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of February, 2001, by he following vote to
wit:
AYES: Bond, Guerin, Houlihan, Holz, Stocks.
NAYS: None.
