RESOLUTION 2001-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION DI TRICT
ESTABLISHING MEETING TIMES FOR REGULAR BOA MEETINGS
WHEREAS, the Government Code Section 54954(a) requires hat legislative bodies
set a time and location of regular meetings by ordinance, resolution or by-laws; and
WHEREAS, on January 17, 2001, City Council instructed Staff to amend the
Regular City Council times to begin at 5:30 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, because District meetings are held prior to he Regular Council
Meetings, the fourth Wednesday of each month, it is necessa to also amend the
commencement time for CSD Regular meetings to 5:30 P.M.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of D rectors of the Cardiff
Sanitation District that all Board meetings will begin at 5:30 P.M.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, on this day, January 24, 2001, wit the following vote to
wit:
AYES: Bond, Guerin, Holz, Houlihan, Stocks.
NAYS: None.
ABSTAIN: None.
ABSENT: None.
