Encinitas A RESOLUTION OF THE CARDIFF-BY. THE-SEA
COMMUNI1Y ADVISORY BOARD OF THE
CI1Y OF ENCINITAS, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
COMMENDING CHARLES ORR
FOR SERVICES AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE
CARDIFF-BY. THE-SEA COMMUNI1Y ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, Charles Orr was appointed to the Cardiff-by-the-Sea Community Advisory Board on August 22, 1988,
and
WHEREAS, during this time Chuck contributed time, knowledge and understanding to the City Planning process to
ensure quality, planned and orderly development of the community and City, and
WHEREAS, the Cardiff-by-the-Sea Community Advisory Board has realized his special efforts for the betterment of
the Community and his continued efforts as a Planning Commissioner.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Cardiff-by-the-Sea Community Advisoy Board of the City of Encinitas
to pay tribute to:

for his dedication and contributions to the City Planning efforts to serve the best interests of the Community and the City;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Cardiff-by-the-Sea Community Advisory Board offers its most
warmhearted appreciation for the superior job Chuck has done for the Community and City;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution of tribute be presented to Chuck on this 8th day of October,
1990 when the Board and friends honor him.
