COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD OF THE
CI7Y OF ENCINITAS, STA TE OF CALIFORNIA,
COMMENDING JOYCE CROSTHWAITE
FOR SERVICES AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE
CARDIFF-BY-THE-SEA COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, Joyce Crosthwaite was appointed to the Cardiff-by-the-Sea Community Advisory Board on August 8, 1988,
and
WHEREAS, during this time Joyce contributed time, knowledge and understanding to the City Planning process to
ensure quality, planned and orderly development of the community and City, and
WHEREAS, the Cardiff-by-the-Sea Community Advisory Board has realized her special efforts for the betterment of
the Community.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Cardiff-by-the-Sea Community Advisory Board of the City of Encinitas
to pay tribute to:

JOYCE CROSTHWAITE
for her dedication and contributions to the City Planning efforts to serve the best interests of the Community and the City;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Cardiff-by-the-Sea Community Advisory Board offers, its most
warmhearted appreciation for the superior job Joyce has done for the Community and City;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution of tribute be presented to Joyce on this 11th day of June,
1990 when the Board and friends honor her.
