RESOLUTION NO. 2000-05
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT
ADOPTING MID-YEAR BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1999-2000
WHEREAS, each year the Cardiff Sanitation District Board of Directors adopts a Budget for
revenues and expenditures for the upcoming fiscal year;
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to make provlSlon for a level of service
commensurate with the needs of the District;
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors have reviewed the proposed 1999-2000 Fiscal Year Mid-
Year Budget Report;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Cardiff
Sanitation District does, hereby, adopt the Mid-Year Budget Report for Fiscal Year 1999-2000 as
summarized by attached staff report and attachments hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the Board of Directors on the 23rd day of February,
2000, by the following vote, to wit:

Bond, Cameron, DuVivier, Guerin, Holz.
NAYS:
