RESOLUTION NO. 99-16
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION
DISTRICT ADOPTING FISCAL YEAR 1999-2000 OPERATING BUDGET AND FISCAL
YEARS 2000-2004 FIVE-YEAR FINANCIAL PLAN/CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
(APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1999-2000)
WHEREAS, each year the Cardiff Sanitation District adopts an Operating Budget for revenues
and expenditures for the upcoming year; and
WHEREAS, each year the Board of Directors adopts a Five-Year Financial Plan and Capital
Improvement Programs for the upcoming five years (actual funding level is approved for the first year of
the five-year period); and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has reviewed the proposed Fiscal Year 1999-2000 Operating
Budget Report; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors have reviewed the proposed Fiscal Years 2000-2004 Five-
Year Financial Plan and Capital Improvement Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT IS RESOLVED that the Board of Directors ofthe Cardiff
Sanitation District does hereby adopt the Annual Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 1999-2000 as
summarized by Schedule A attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Cardiff Sanitation District does
hereby adopt the Capital Improvement Program Budget for Fiscal Year 1999-2000 as summarized by
Schedule A.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council on the 9th day of June 1999, by the
following vote, to wit:
