RESOLUTION NO. 98-19 RESOLUTION OF APPLICATION TO THE BOARD OF IRECTORS OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRIC FOR THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY "P A UL V AN SL YKE ANNEXA TI 0 N" WHEREAS, this Board of Directors has received a request from r. Paul Van Slyke that the hereinafter described territory to be annexed to the Cardiff Sanitation istrict (hereinafter referred to as the Sanitation District); and WHEREAS, this Board of Directors desires to initiate proceeding to annex said territory to the Sanitation District; BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED as follows: Pursuant to Government Code Sections 56800 and 56700, applic tion is hereby made to the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of San iego for a proposed change of organization as follows: 1. A. This proposal is made pursuant to the Cortese-Knox Loca Government Reorganization Act of 1985 (S. 56000, et. seq., Govt. Co ). The nature of the proposed change of organization and th names of all districts for which any such change of organization is proposed ar as follows: The annexation of the hereinafter described territory to the C diff Sanitation District.
