A RESOLUTION OF THE CARDIFF-BY-THE-SEA COKKUNITY ADVISORY BOARD
OF THB CITY OF ENCINITAS, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
COKKBHDING DAVID WINKLER FOR SERVICES AND
CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE COKKUNITY ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, David Winkler was appointed to the Cardiff-By-The-
Sea Community Advisory Board as a Board member on January 19,1987;
WHEREAS, during this time David contributed time, knowledge
and understanding of City Planning to ensure quality, planned and
orderly development of the Community and City;
WHEREAS, the Cardiff-By-The-Sea community Advisory Board has
realized David's special efforts for the betterment of the
community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Cardiff-By-The-Sea
community Advisory Board of the City of Encinitas to pay tribute
to:
DAVID WINKLER
for his dedication and contributions to the City Planning efforts
to serve the best interests of the Community and the city.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Cardiff-By-The-Sea community
Advisory Board offers its most warmhearted appreciation for the
superior job David has done for the Community and City.
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that this Resolution of tribute be
presented to David on this 9th day of January, 1989 when the
Cardiff-By-The-Sea Community Advisory Board and friends honor him.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of January, 1989.
