A RESOLUTION OF THB CARDIFF-BY-THE-SEA COKKUNITY ADVISORY BOARD
OF THB CITY OF BNCINITAS, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
COKKBHDING RICHARD MACMANUS FOR SERVICES AND
CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE COKKUNITY ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, Richard MacManus was appointed to the Cardiff-By-The-
Sea Community Advisory Board as a Board member on January 19,1987;
WHEREAS, during this time Richard contributed time, knowledge
and understanding of City Planning to ensure quality, planned and
orderly development of the community and City; and
WHEREAS, the Cardiff-By-The-Sea Community Advisory Board has
realized Richard I s special efforts for the betterment of the
Community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Cardiff-By-The-Sea
Community Advisory Board of the City of Encinitas to pay tribute
to:
RICHARD MACMANUS
for his dedication and contributions to the city Planning efforts
to serve the best interests of the Community and the city.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Cardiff-By-The-Sea community
Advisory Board offers its most warmhearted appreciation for the
superior job Richard has done for the Community and City.
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that this Resolution of tribute be
presented to Richard on this 9th day of January, 1989 when the
Cardiff-By-The-Sea Community Advisory Board and friends honor him.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of January, 1989.
