RESOLUTION NO. 96- 0 9
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT APPROVING POLICY
REGARDING BOARD MEMBER COMPENSATION FOR MEETING ATTENDANCE
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to establish a policy for meeting attendance

compensation at regular and speciaI Cardiff Sanitation District Board meetings; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to clarify that no per diem will be provided to
Board Members for attendance at sub-committee meetings or conferences.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Cardiff
Sanitation District does, hereby, establish a policy for Board Member meeting compensation:
There will be no per diem paid for other than Cardiff Sanitation District
Board meetings.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the Board of Directors on the 28th day of
