RESOLUTION NO. 96-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT
ADOPTING MID-YEAR FINANCIAL PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 1995/96
WHEREAS, each year the Cardiff Sanitation District Board of Directors adopts a Budget
for revenues and expenditures for the upcoming fiscal year;
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to make provision for a level of service
commensurate with the needs of the District;
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors have reviewed the proposed 1995/96 Fiscal Year
Mid- Year Financial Plan Report;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Cardiff
Sanitation District does, hereby, adopt the Mid-Year Budget Report for Fiscal Year 1995/96 as
summarized by attached staff report and attachments hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the Board of Directors on the 14 th day of
February
, 1996, by the following vote, to wit:
