RESOLUTION NO. C-88-009
RESOLUTION OF THE CARDIFF-BY-THE-SEA
COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD
APPROVING A TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP REVISION
AND EXTENSION TO ALLOW REALIGNMENT OF A PRIVATE EASEMENT
(88-055 TPM)

WHEREAS,
request

Tentative Parcel Map was filed by Mr. Ronald Grimes to enable a
realignment of a private easement road for Parcels 1 and 2 of
Tentative Parcel Map 18336, approved by the County of San Diego
on

WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted on the application
on February 22, 1988; and
WHEREAS, the Community Advisory Board considered:

The staff report dated February 16, 1988;
2.
The proposed Final Parcel Map previously submitted to
the County of San Diego for processing, which is
proposed to be amended to reflect a realignment of
the private easement road to be along the southerly
boundary of the subject property,
3.
Oral evidence submitted at the hearing,
Written evidence submitted at the hearing.
4.
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that Tentati ve Parcel Map
18336 is hereby extended in accordance with section 24.50.130
of the City of Encinitas Subdivision Ordinance and revision of
said map to incorporate a realignment of the private easement
road to be along the southerly boundary of the subject property

to a point of intersection with an existing access easement in
favor
of
the property
south of the
subject
owners to the

property.
Note: Pursuant to City 'of Encinitas Subdivision Ordinance
Section 24.50.130, the Final Parcel Map must be recorded on or
before 5:00 p.m. on August 16, 1988, or this approval will no
longer be valid.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of February 1988, by the
following vote, to wit:
