RESOLUTION NO. 93-09
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT
ADOPTING FISCAL YEAR 1993-94 FINANCIAL PLAN
.
WHEREAS, each year the Cardiff Sanitation District Board of
Directors adopts a Financial Plan for revenues and expenditures
for the upcoming fiscal year;
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to make provision
for a level of service commensurate with the needs of the
District;
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors have reviewed the proposed
1993-94 Fiscal Year Financial Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of
the Cardiff Sanitation District does, h~reby, adopt the Financial
Plan Report for Fiscal Year 1993-94 as summarized by Schedule A
attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of
Directors on the 9th
