RESOLUTION NO. C-87-007A
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARDIFF-BY-THE-SEA
COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD APPROVING THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
FOR A DESIGN REVIEW PERMIT (87-013-DR) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
148 and 150 VERDI AVENUE, CARDIFF-BY-THE-SEA
WHEREAS, KORCO/SACCO
applied for a Design Review permit for
the landscape plan for a duplex on two lots as per Section
23.08.030, A
of the Design Review Ordinance of the City of
Encinitas;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted on the application
by the Cardiff-by-the-Sea Community Advisory Board on August 26,
1987, and all persons desiring to be heard; were heard and
WHEREAS, evidence was submitted and considered to include
without limitation:
a.
Landscape plan submitted by the applicant;
Written information submitted with the application;
b.
c.
Oral testimony from staff, applicant, and public made a
part of the record at said public hearing;
d.
CAB staff report dated July 29, 1987, which is
incorporated by this reference as though fully set forth
herein; and
e.
Colored elevation showing the proposed landscaping at a
mature level of growth.
NOW,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Cardiff-by-the-Sea
THEREFORE,
Community Advisory Board of the City of Encinitas that the Design
Review permit is hereby approved for the landscape plan with the
following findings:
That the project is in conformance with section 23.08.077 of

the landscape Design Review Ordinance of the City of
Encinitas Municipal Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26h day of August 1987,
by the
following vote, to wit:
