RESOLUTION NO. C-87-007
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARDIFF-BY-THE-SEA
COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD CONDITIONALLY APPROVING A
DESIGN REVIEW PERMIT (87-013-DR) FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 148 AND 150 VERDI AVENUE, CARDIFF-BY-THE-SEA
WHEREAS, KORCO/SARCO
applied for a Design Review permit
for A duplex on two lots as per
Section 23.08.030,A
of the Design Review Ordinance of the City
of Encinitas;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted on the application
by the Cardiff-by-the-Sea Community Advisory Board on August 12,
1987, and all persons desiring to be heard; were heard and
WHEREAS, evidence was submitted and considered to include
without limitation:
a.
site plan submitted by the applicant;
Written information submitted with the application;
b.
c.
Oral testimony from staff, applicant, and public made a
part of the record at said public hearing;
CAB staff report dated August 12, 1987, which is
incorporated by this reference as though fully set forth
herein; and
d.
e.
Additional written documentation.
NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Cardiff-by-the-Sea
Community Advisory Board of the City of Encinitas that the Design
Review permit is hereby approved excluding the landscape plan
with the following findings:

That the project is in conformance with Sections 23.08.072 -
General Conclusions; 23.08.074 - Design and site Layout;
23.08.076 - Building Design; and 23.08.079 - Privacy and
Security of the Design Review Ordinance of The City of
Encinitas Municipal Code.
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that the Design Review Permit is hereby
approved subject to the following condition:
1.
That the applicant return before the CAB
review of the landscape plan.

That the structure shall be constructed in accordance
with the revised stamped design plans.
