RESOLUTION NO. C-87-004
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARDIFF-BY-THE-SEA
COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD APPROVING A
DESIGN REVIEW PERMIT FOR PROPERTY OF
LOTS 22 AND 23, IN BLOCK 2, MONTGOMERY AVE.,
CARDIFF-BY-THE-SEA
WHEREAS, Jim Hutchinson applied for a Design Review permit
for two single family zero-lot line dwellings on two lots as per
Section 23.08.030,B,6 of the Design Review Ordinance of the City
of Encinitas;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted on the application
by the Cardiff-by-the-Sea Community Advisory Board on July 29,
1987, and all persons desiring to be heard; and
WHEREAS, evidence was submitted and considered to include
without limitation:
a.
site plan submitted by the applicant;
b.
Written information submitted with the application;
c.
Oral testimony from staff, applicant, and public made a
part of the record at said public hearing;
d.
CAB staff report dated July 29, 1987, which is
incorporated by this reference as though fully setforth
herein; and
e.
Additional written documentation.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Cardiff-by-the-Sea
Community Advisory Board of the City of Encinitas that the Design
Review permit is hereby approved excluding the landscape plan
with the following findings:

That the project is in conformance with Sections 23.08.072 -
General Conclusions; 23.08.074 - Design and Site Layout;
23.08.076 - Building Design; and 23.08.079 - Privacy and
Security of the Design Review Ordinance of The City of
Encinitas Municipal Code.
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that the Design Review Permit is hereby
approved subject to the following condition:
1.
That the structure shall be constructed in accordance
with the revised stamped design plans.

1987,
