RESOLUTION NO.C-87-03
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARDIFF-BY-THE-SEA
COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD OF
THE CITY OF ENCINITAS APPROVING A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
FOR 1248 AVOCET COURT' 2114 VIA TIEKPO
WHEREAS, a request for a Lot Line Adj ustment has been
submitted by willis Wood & Daniel Mayas required by the
Government Code;
and Chapter 24.70 of the City of Encinitas
Subdivision Ordinance;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted on the application
on June 24, 1987, and those persons desiring to be heard were
heard:
WHEREAS, the CAB considered:
1.
Application B87-0040
2.
Staff report dated June 24, 1987;
3.
Oral information submitted at hearing; and
written information submitted at hearing.
4.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cardiff-By-The-Sea
CAB of the City of Encinitas hereby approves the Lot Line
Adjustment for 1248 Avocet Court and 2114 Via Tiempo per the
attached

the
following
subject
Plat Map
I),
to
condition:
1.
That a Record of Survey Map for the Lot Line Adjustment
be filed with the County in accordance with the City
Subdivision Ordinance requirements.
