Item 6A - change first condition of approval to read
liThe landscaping shall be limited in height to 8' -
9' at maturity at the front and south sides of the
structure, to the roof on the east side of the
structure, and to the height of the large red
residence at the north side of the structure, and
shall be reviewed and approved by staff prior to
issuance of a building permit."
Item 6B - change first issue to read "Drainage
designs to deal with potential urban pollutant
problems II and revise the ninth issue to read
IIFeasibility of a stream bed and pond/check with the
Fish and Game Department."
