The original TPM approval expired on July 21, 1990. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Exempt per CEQA SEction 15315. NOTE: Staff is requesting continuance of this item to the meeting of October 16, 1990. . PUBLIC HEARINGS CONTINUED Board Member DuVivier stepped down from Item 4A (potential conflict of interest). A. CASE NUMBER: 90-163 TM/EIA APPLICANT: Wayne Nickerson LOCATION: West of Rancho Santa Fe Road between 10th and 11th Streets. DESCRIPTION: site inspection of a proposed 10 lot subdivision for SFR units in the RR-2 Zone. Project to include a park. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Under review. Motion: Board Kember Trujillo - To continue 90-163 TM/EIA to the meeting of October 16, 1990 if the AEIS is completed otherwise the item shall be continued to the meeting of November 6, 1990 in order to allow the applicant and staff to address the following issues: 1. site where the existing scrub oak is on the proposed cul- de-sac; 2. Enabling residents on 10th Street to hook-up to sewer and gas by extending the lines up 10th street; 3. Vacating the existing public road easement to a private road; 4. Planting the slope on the south side of Lot 4 to prevent erosion and entire raised area looked at for erosion control; 5. Potential for a private open space easement on the slope area of Lot 4; 6. Determine what trees will be saved on Lot 2; 7. Addressing alternative uses of the park, i.e. passive DL/jm/CAB19-2004wp5 (10/17/90-3)4 '. t .. . . . . " uses vs larger playing fields and how grading and the surrounding neighborhood would be affected; and report back on Dave Wigginton's concerns on park design. CASE NUMBER: 90-104 TPM/EXT APPLICANT: Dennis Hauswirth LOCATION: 13th street (between Rancho Santa Fe Road and "c" street) DESCRIPTION: Reconsideration of a request for a time extension of TPM 18962 to allow for improvements and filing of parcel map. The subdivision consists of 4 lots in the RR-2 Zone. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Negative Declaration Certified. 5.
