Desiqn Review Discussion
staff requested feedback from the Board regarding residential
projects and the need for Design Review. Some older projects
would not require Design Review under the new ordinance
changes.
The Board recommended that Design Review be completed for maps
that required it as a condition because of site topography,
environmental constraints or other site specific conditions.
The Board requested that staff return with a list of approved
maps and their Design Review conditions at a later date.
