LOCATION: Lone Jack Road and wiegand street DESCRIPTION: Design Review request for two SFR custom homes on lots 2 and 7 of the Wiegand Map (88-115), RR Zoning. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Negative Declaration certified for Map 88- 115. Motion: Board Member Duvivier - To approve the project as submitted with staff to return with a resolution for final approval at the meeting of March 19, 1991. Desiqn Review Discussion staff requested feedback from the Board regarding residential projects and the need for Design Review. Some older projects would not require Design Review under the new ordinance changes. The Board recommended that Design Review be completed for maps that required it as a condition because of site topography, environmental constraints or other site specific conditions.
