unless a private road easement for the benefit
of the property to the east of 88-183 is
recorded prior to or on the final map;
5.
Retain Rancho De Mayo as a public road;
6.
Not require a mitigation and monitoring
program for the biological open space since
the conditions for the program have been
eliminated due to a project redesign and
