ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: - . Negative Declaration Certified (88-183) Motion: Board Member Post - To recommend by Minute Action that the Planning Commission: 1. Extend the expiration date of the project to September 4, 1992; 2. Delete the requirement for the secondary access from site westerly to Lone Jack Road; 3. Delete the requirement for the east-west running recreational trail on the northern boundary of the site; 4. Require the I. 0.0. easterly from road ItCIt unless a private road easement for the benefit of the property to the east of 88-183 is recorded prior to or on the final map; 5. Retain Rancho De Mayo as a public road; 6. Not require a mitigation and monitoring program for the biological open space since the conditions for the program have been eliminated due to a project redesign and removal of debris; 7. Retain I.O.D. over C Street and that portion of B Street which connects C street to Rancho de Mayo Road, unless a private road easement for the benefit of the property to the east of 88-183 is recorded prior to or on the final map.
