Motion:
Board Member Perkins - To continue this item to the
meeting of September 3, 1991, with a final
resolution and sign proposal for Board Review. The
CAB majority has recommended that the flower stand
remain as it presently exists with engineering
improvements for one year. . The engineering
improvements would include wheel stops, 3' high
split rail fencing to delineate ingress and egress,
and protection posts for the on-site electrical
unit. The use will need to be re-reviewed in a
year's time for determination of approval or denial
of the continuation of the project.
