agriculture roadside stand as submitted with the following
conditions:
That there be a movable wood shanty design structure on
skids on the site designed to match the Olivenhain Town
Hall Shack. The structure shall be temporary without a
foundation and be able to either fit on a truck size
vehicle, or to be disassembled to fit on a truck.
Toilet facilities shall be provided at the Fred Reva
property adjacent to the site to the north.
Two signs shall be allowed on the site of 2' x 3' each
and 5 feet in height.

Motion: Board Member Perkins - To approve the proj ect as
submitted with the following additional conditions:
The eastern boundary of lot 2 shall have a 20' buffer
zone where no grading for structures is to occur. Any
structure beyond the buffer area are to be on poles and
limited to gazebo or deck type structures with no grading
required. Grading is allowed for non - structures, such
as planting. .
The panhandle portion of lot 3 is to be barricaded with
a wood rail type fence in order not to allow access.
An exhibit be submitted to staff for the file showing the
added conditions and revisions to the open space areas,
prior to expiration of the 15 day appeal period.

COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD/PLANNER REPORTS
Informational Items - No action to be taken.
BUSINESS - Board Member Schafer requested that community
character of Olivenhain as it relates to proposed development
be put on the agenda for the meeting of~-September 17, 1991.
Also, Board Member Perkins suggested that the CAB discuss
community character to identify the unique features of
Olivenhain and how to protect them. Perkins indicated that
the Board at the next meeting should discuss items such as
the preservation of native resources like the springs and
natural rocks, and also the use of appropriate names for
developments that can be tied to the community.
