items on consent due to the minor nature of the request.

Consent Calendar. Items removed by a "Request to Speak II form
submitted from the public will be handled immediately
following adoption of the Consent Calendar. Items removed by
a Community Advisory Board Member will be handled at the end
of the agenda.

Negative Declaration Recommended.
Motion: Board Member DuVivier - To recommend approval of the
project to the Planning Commission with the following
conditions:
That an open space easement be included in the project
per the recommendations of the Initial Environmental
study.
That recreation trails be part of the project per the
Community Services Department's recommendation. The
east/west section is to be built while the north/south
section is to be on IOD. Location of the trail on parcel
1 can be determined by staff review with the applicant on
the east/west section to accommodate the topography of
the land.
The 50' IOD be included as conditioned by engineering
staff as part of the project instead of the private road
only if it is determined to be needed by further study
and Engineering Department review.
