Motion: Board Member Van Slyke - To approve the extension of
TPM 91-186 for one year from the date of expiration of the
original approval to December 5, 1992 with the following
conditions:
( 1)
Applicant agrees to incurr all costs should the
environmental documentation or original map approval be
challenged.
(2)
staff is directed to correct the clerical error and
refile with the County Clerk a Notice of Decision and
Negative Declaration which deletes any mitigation
associated with an open space easement on the west side
of the subject property. . The Board finds that the
original approval by the CAB was to delete the open space
due to the project biologist's determination that the 1.5
acre area of vegetation is marginal in its environmental
worth, was recommended to help make the finding to exceed
mid-range density and is not required to mitigate
environmental impacts below a level of significance.
