Having a group meeting between staff, the applicant, County Parks and Recreation, California Department of Fish and Game and the San Elijo Lagoon Conservancy to discuss issues related to the effect of the use upon lagoon resources. Staff is to check on any adverse issues concerning the undergrounding of utilities and the feasibility of landscaping and the relocation of the proposed recreation trail for privacy on the property. Motion: Board Member Van Slyke - To approve the project as submitted with the additional landscaping for the tennis court to be approved by staff. COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD/PLANNER REPORTS Status of compliance to conditions of Minor Use Permit 91-198 (applicant: Angel Nava) for a roadside agriculture sales stand located on Rancho Santa Fe Road between 10th and 11th Street. Staff is to make another site inspection and make sure all condi tions of the minor use permit are met and clearly understood by the applicant.
