COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD/PLANNER REPORTS
Status of compliance to conditions of Minor Use Permit 91-198
(applicant: Angel Nava) for a roadside agriculture sales stand
located on Rancho Santa Fe Road between 10th and 11th Street.
Staff is to make another site inspection and make sure all
condi tions of the minor use permit are met and clearly
understood by the applicant. The Board determined that
closing the business at "dusk" means 5: 30 p.m. during standard
time and 7:30 p.m. during daylight savings time.
