Motion: Second: Vote: Board Member Mazanec - To continue this item to the May 5, 1992 meeting to allow the applicant time to address the following: (1) A list prepared by a registered architect that itemizes the improvements necessary to be made to bring the existing agricultural structure and the single family residence into conformance with the Uniform Building/Fire Code requirements for an E-2 Use. (2) Provide a scaled site plan that accurately indicates the ultimate street right-of-way for Rancho Santa Fe Road, the setback of all structures from property lines, the size and location of all parking stalls, and the location of all proposed signage. (3) Should the site plan requested in #2 above indicate less than 26 off-street parking spaces, the Board directs the applicant to have a parking study prepared by a qualified Traffic Engineer to determine the number of off-street parking stalls necessary to support the proposed use. (4) Provide a scaled drawing of all proposed signage indicating letter style, color, size, height and location on the property. (5) Contact County Health Department concerning evaluation of septic system on property for the intended use. Evaluate the former storage structure for any residual pesticides or fertilizers which may be present. COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD/PLANNER REPORTS Board Member Bode (Item 1) and Board Member Kitnick (Item 2) directed staff to place the following items on the next agenda for the Board's discussion: ( 1) Formation of Ad-Hoc Committee(s) to report back to the Board on Roadway Standards, Drainage Plans and Recreational Trails in the Olivenhain community. (2) Definition of the term "Business" as used in the state Attorney General's report related to the Ralph M. Brown Act. Also, the standard applied for a determination as to what constitutes a Board's "Business". 10. BUSINESS 11.
