Public Hearing for Application No. 92-165 TPM, Request for a
three lot and one remainder parcel subdivision of 2 existing
parcels for property located in the RR-2 zoning district
located at 2230/2234 Woodwind Drive. Applicant: Joe Ottow
and Chuck and Susan Adams/Conway & Associates. Environmental
Status: Exempt per Section 15315 of CEQA. Contact Planner:
Craig Olson.
The Board closed the public hearing and further,
the Board Members discussed specific findings for
the project.
Board Member Van Slyke - To direct staff to return with
a resolution reflecting the specific findings discussed
at the December 8, 1992 CAB meeting. The 10 day appeal
period is to begin after the formal adoption of the
Resolution of Approval on January 5, 1993.
