for a Tentative Parcel Map Request for a three lot and one
remainder parcel subdivision of 2 existing parcels for
property located in the RR-2 zoning district. Location:
2230/2234 Woodwind Drive. Applicant: Joe ottow and Chuck and
Susan Adams/Conway & Associates. Environmental Status:
Exempt per section 15315 of CEQA. Contact Planner: Craig
Olson.
Senior Engineer, Hans Jensen, restated the
Engineering Department's concern with the access
for the two easterly parcels (1 and 2) to Rancho
Santa Fe Road which the Engineering Department
believes conflicts with General Plan Policies to
limit additional access to the designated Augmented
Local Roadway.

community Advisory Board to be held February 2, 1993.
