Senior Engineer, Hans Jensen, restated the Engineering Department's concern with the access for the two easterly parcels (1 and 2) to Rancho Santa Fe Road which the Engineering Department believes conflicts with General Plan Policies to limit additional access to the designated Augmented Local Roadway.
