Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting of 5/4/93, Contact Person: Planning Technician Buscemi. Motion: Board Member Bode - To accept and adopt the Minutes as presented and recommended by staff. Public Hearing for Application No. 93-029 TM/EIA, Tentative Map Request to Subdivide a 32 Acre Parcel into Six Single Family Residential Lots (Minimum 2 acres each) . Applicant: Chris Lloyd/Conway Engineering. Location: 2568 Lone Jack Road (at the intersection of LL Ranch Road). Environmental Status: An Environmental Initial Assessment is Currently being Prepared for the Project. Contact Planner: Craig Olson. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Continue the application request off-calendar to be re-noticed after the Extended Environmental Initial Assessment is completed. Motion: Board Member Bode - To remove the item from the calendar and re-notice when the Environmental Initial Study is completed. Second: Board Member Greer Vote: Ayes - Bode, Greer, Kitnick, Jordan Nays - None Absent - Van Slyke Abstain - None Public Hearing for Application No. 93-079 MUP/MOD, Major Use Permit Modification Request to Permit Landscape and Entry Sign Lighting at the Entry to Sienna Canyon Residential Development. Applicant: Sienna Canyon Home Owners Association. Location: Intersection of Manchester Avenue and Sienna Canyon Drive. Environmental Status: Exempt per Section 15304(b) of CEQA since the Project Proposes Modifications to an Existing Landscaped Area. Contact Planner: Craig Olson. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Recommend approval to the Planning Commission with conditions as presented by staff; or as modified by the Board. Motion: Board Member Bode - To continue to the August 3, 1993 meeting to allow time for the following: - Have the Homeowners Association work with neighbors to reach a compromise regarding entry lights; - Determine if Homeowners Association can request homeowners to shield exterior house lights; - Have staff provide the Resolution for Major Use Permit P86-043¡ and - to continue the meeting to the site to view the entry lights¡ and - to continue the hearing to receive additional public testimony to the meeting of August 3, 1993.
