Public Hearing for Application No. 93-145 DR/V, Design Review for 9 Detached Single Family Residences and Variance to Encroach 3' into the 30-Foot Front Yard setback for the Proposed Structure on Lot 2. Design Review to Exceed the Standard Height for structures on Lots 2,4,5,6 and 7 and to Encroach into a Portion of an Open Space Easement for the Driveway Entry on Lot 1 for the Property Located in the RR-2 Zoning District. Applicant: Venture Pacific (Robert Booker) . Location: 2200 Block of 11th street. Environmental Status: Previous Negative Declaration Adopted for the WiroTentative Subdivision Map. Contact Planner: craig Olson. Chairman Van slyke disqualified himself from discussion and stepped down from the dias. Motion: Board Member Greer - To approve Case No. 93- 145 DR/Vas conditioned by staff with the 505 S. Vulcan Avenue. Require a footpath easement adjacent to the drainage easement at the end of 11th street. staff to explore the possibility of obtaining additional easements to extend the footpath to the west. 2. staff to facilitate a consensus from the applicant and adjacent property owners to agree upon design changes to the west exterior of the structure on Lot 2 and the Design of the fencing along the west property line. The location of the fence is to be reviewed to determine if it can be located east of the property line. 3. The trees proposed to be removed by the development shall be clearly identified within 5 calendar days of the date of this approval. The Malaluca plantings on the slope adjacent to the west elevation of the structure on Lot 2 shall be 24 inch box in size. 4.
